pneumonic?
Thursday, April 21, 2005

i dont know what will takes my mom to actually told me if someone in our family has been admitted to the hsopital.. apparently, my sister has been admitted to hospital earlier this week coz she's been coughing phlegm for the past weeks.. i had no idea about it and wonder if a death happen, then i'll know straugh away *sigh*

and the only thing that the doctor told her is that she got a "kuman" (i presume it's bacteria) in her lung and she need to send phlegm sample to be culturize

for starter , a ask her all this questions? was it pneumonia? bronchiactesis? bronchitis? or even TB? surprise! surprise! those words sounds like an alien name to her..

i was thinking, was it gonna be like this with all patients in m'sia? clueless, dont know what disease they actually had coz the doctor didn't bother to tell the patient what disease the patient do have coz it's boyond their "intelligent".. for example, is you ask patient what problem they had, they could be answering "heart disease" without knowing there could be 100 specific heart disease that have different treatment regime..

btw, using my questioning skills on the internet, i just diagnosed my sister having pneumonia and apparently she got 16 days of holidays..*not fair*!!
