it has been such a long day..

1. 4.30 a.m sleep the night before

2. the weather is sooo terrible this morning.. raining...*just wanna slip under the blanket and sleep the day away*

3. 9 a.m. PBL tutorial, meaning got only 3 hour of sleep.. then got bedside tutorial at 11 a.m.

4. done my MCR with Dr. Peter Langford.. he is sooo nice, and so the Mr. Johnson (my patient!) thankfully, i can indentified all the clinical signs and dont panic when i'm not sure between coarse and fine crackles i heard at the left basal side of the lung..

5. Patient PBL with Mr. Ming Yii minus Jamie... although we finish by 6.30 p.m., it was a very enjoying tutorial.. Mr. Ming yii is telling us a lot of stuff, probably becoz it is his thing.. Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD)

and now, i'm just gonna go to sleep coz gt an early start tomorow!
