"Dear Ground Floor Residents,
Could you please reply to this email to confirm your attendance to the
upcoming Deakin events listed below?
I am disappointed by the poor participation of Ground Floor residents at
Deakin events (in particular, the College Head's Dinner), despite our
efforts to adjust to everyone's needs. In order to help us plan how to
cater for the upcoming events below, we need to know who will be
participating.
Please reply to me by Friday 29th September. If I don't hear from you
by then, I shall assume that you are simply not interested in
participating in the social life of the hall (and the least you can do
is to tell me so).
(1) BBQ
4th October (Wednesday), Deakin courtyard.
Cooking starts at 5.30pm, eating starts at 6.30pm.
(Halal meats will be available, as well as vegetarian, etc).
Please select one of the following:
[ ] Yes, I will be there, and I can help with the cooking.
[ ] Yes, I will be there, but I'll be late (arrival time: ____)
[ ] No thanks, I will not be attending.
(2) Curry and Karaoke Night
12th October (Thursday), Function Room.
Meals at 6.00pm, followed by Karaoke fest
(Halal meats will be available, as well as vegetarian, etc).

[ ] Yes, I will be there, but I'll be late (arrival time: ____)
